ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1)
C199 BELLINGHAM TO LANEHEAD BELLINGHAM (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C199 Bellingham To Lanehead from its point 707 metres west of the junction with U5045 heading west for a distance of 1800 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 13th September 2021 until the 13th March 2022.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 13th September 2021 until the 17th September 2021 between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 during this period.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C199, B6320, C198 C199 and vice versa. Enquiries should be made to Northumberland County Council's Contact Centre 0345 600 6400 or at

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council to plane out, patch and overlay the carriageway.
