Temporary Closure of Oldway Park and Blackmoor Road
Somerset County Council in exercise of Its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along:
Oldway Park - from the junction with Pyles Thome Road, eastwards for a distance of 35 metres. Blackmoor Road - from the junction with Oldway Park, northwards for a distance of 26 metres. A total distance of 61 metres.
This Order will enable Wales & West Utilities to carry out new gas main works.
The Order becomes effective on 9 September 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 13 September 2021 and last until 8 October 2021 between the hours of (00:00 - 23:59) for a total of 26 days.
