Application has been made by RBG Kew Enterprises Limited to the Licen­sing Authority of London Borough of Richmond upon Thames to vary the Premises Licence for the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew Gardens, Kew, Richmond Upon Thames. TW9 3AB.
The application includes the following terms:-
1 To advance the opening hour of the premises for non licensable activities to 08:00 hours.
2. To vary conditions on the Premises Licence by removal of condition 18 and condition 19 and replacing them with alternative wording.
