LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I/We Mr Cemal Gizli Hereby give notice that I/We have applied to Epsom and Ewell Borough Council for a premises licence for premises known as and situate at: Cappadocia Restaurant, 96-98 High Street, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8BJ
It is proposed that the following relevant licensable activities will be carried on or from the premises:
The supply of alcohol to be consumed on premises and provision of recorded music from Monday to Thursday 11:00am till 23:00pm, Friday to Saturday 11:00am till 00:00 and Sunday 11:00am till 23:00pm
Any Other Person or Responsible Authority wishing to submit representations to this application must do so in writing by no later than (28/09/2021 -27 days from the day the Site Notice was first posted)
Representations must be submitted to: Grants and Licensing Team, Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BY
A copy of this application, and the Licence Registers may be inspected at the above address, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Any person knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with an application, commits an offence, and will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
