LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
THE BARNET (CHARGED-FOR PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO.**) ORDER 20**
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 51 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The general effect of the Order would be to add addresses to the Traffic Management Order where it is considered properties should be eligible to apply for Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) parking permits and visitor vouchers, as follows:
19 Friary Road N12 and Beech Lawns N12 to be added to the (FN) North Finchley CPZ;
114 to 192 Cricklewood Broadway NW2 to be added to the (CW/CZ) Cricklewood CPZ;
111 to 133 Montrose Avenue HA8 to be added to the (CL1) Colindale CPZ;
Gordon Mansion, High Street Barnet EN5 to be added to the (C) Chipping Barnet CPZ;
Trinity Methodist Church hall, 92 Hodford Road NW11 to be added to the (G) Golders Green CPZ;
155 West Heath Road NW3 to be added to the (H) Golders Green CPZ;
126 to 180 West Hendon Broadway NW9 to be added to the (WH1) West Hendon CPZ;
and 129 to 265 to be added to the (WH2) West Hendon CPZ.
A copy of the proposed Order and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order can be obtained, inclusive for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, by emailing parking.
