We, BIMS Edmonton Ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Enfield for a Premises Licence at BIMS, 29 The Concourse, London, N9 0TY to;
1. Permit the provision of late-night refreshment Sunday to Thursday from 23:00hrs until 01:00hrs and Friday to Saturday from 23:00hrs until 04:00hrs the following day.
2, Allow the premises to be open to members of the public Sunday to Thursday from 11:00hrs until 01:00hrs and Friday to Saturday from 11:00hrs until 04:00hrs the following day.

Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice by emailing
,giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than 29th September 2021. Representations received by post will not be accepted during the Covid-19 emergency period. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited), under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
