RHODPIR RHYBUDP fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn, i wahardd unrhyw un rhag achosi i unrhyw gerbyd deithio ar hyd y rhan honno o Rhiw Bank Avenue, Bae Colwyn o ei gyffordd gyda Ffordd Abergele i gyffordd Albert Place.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn hwyluso gwaith gar O'Connor Utilities. Bydd y ffordd amgen drwy Albert Place i Douglas Road ac ymlaen i Abergele Road. Bydd arwyddion yn cael eu gosod i ddangos y ffordd. Bydd yna fynediad ar gyfer cerddwyr a cherbydau brys Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 28 Medi 2021. Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am gyfnod o 7 diwrnod, neu nes bydd y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud wedi ei gwblhau, ond am gyfnod o 10 diwrnod ar y mwyaf.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
Conwy County Borough Council (Rhiw Bank Avenue. Colwvn Bay)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2021
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in that length of Rhiw Bank Avenue, Colwyn Bay from its junction with Abergele Road to the junction of Albert Place.
The Order is necessary to facilitate works by O'Connor Utilities. The alternative route will be via Albert place to Douglas Road and onto Abergele Road and will be signed accordingly. Access will be maintained for pedestrians and emergency vehicles The Order comes into effect on 28 September 2021. It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a period of 7 days, or until the works which it is proposed to carry out has been completed, subject to a maximum period of 10 days.
