Notice is given that I/We TAPPERS ARTISAN SPIRITS LTD. of c/o BERTRAM BURROWS, 10 GRANGE ROAD, WEST KIRBY, WIRRAL. CH48 4HA have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: TAPPERS GIN of UNIT 9, ARROWE COMMERCIAL PARK, ARROWE BROOK ROAD, UPTON, WIRRAL. CH49 1AB for the
following Licensable Activities:
Nature of Licensable Activity: SALE BY RETAIL OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION BOTH ON AND OFF PREMISES. Days and Hours Requested: MONDAY 09:00 -00:00; TUESDAY 09:00 - 00:00; WEDNESDAY 09:00 - 00:00; THURSDAY 09:00 - 00:00; FRIDAY 09:00 - 00:00; SATURDAY 09:00 - 00:00; SUNDAY 09:00 - 00:00.
A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, no later than 23rd September 2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
