The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 45, Great and Little Hampden) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2021 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No. 45, Great and Little Hampden, from Rignall Road for a distance of approximately 200m. The closure is required whilst Thames Water improvement works take place commencing on 13 September 2021 for 3 months. The alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be as signed on site. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 September 2021, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Bridleway No. 11, Marlow Bottom) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order 2021 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person proceeding on foot or on horseback or lead a horse or cycle, except for access, along the entire length of Public Bridleway No. 11, Marlow Bottom, from Marlow Bottom to Gypsy Lane. The closure is required whilst tree felling works take place commencing on 15 September 2021 for 2 months. The alternative route for users affected by the closure will be via the existing highway network. The proposed Order will come into operation on 15 September 2021, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Gold Hill East, Chalfont St Peter in the Parish of Chalfont St. Peter CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Gold Hill East for approximately 112m. Alternative route: Gold Hill East, Cherry Tree Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach underground structure to repair permanent customer service and renewing 235m of 300 pair customer cable take place commencing on 13 September 2021 between 09:00 and 16:00. Road will be open each day by 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 September 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Bicester Road, Aylesbury in the Parish of Aylesbury CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Bicester Road from Cubitt Street for approximately 138m. Alternative route: Gatehouse Road, Oxford Road, Oxford Road (a4156), Bicester Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst carriageway surfacing of newly constructed highway in connection with the new Sainsbury's Superstore take place commencing on 13 September 2021 between 19:00 and 06:00. Road will be closed between 19:00-06:00 only, road will be open at all other times. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 September 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Nightingales Lane, Cokes Lane, Chalfont Station Road, Chenies Parade, Amersham Road, Lodge Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach tree cutting and duct clearance works with a rolling road closure take place commencing on 6 September 2021 between 08:30 and 15:30. Road will be closed between 08:30-15:30 only, road will be open each day by 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 September 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The closure is required whilst Openreach tree cutting and duct clearance works with a rolling road closure take place commencing on 6 September 2021 between 09:30 and 15:30. Road will be closed between 08:30-15:30 only, road will be open each day by 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 September 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The closure is required whilst Openreach blockage clearance with rolling road closures on Jordans Lane, Potkiln Lane, Welders Lane and Twitchells Lane works take place commencing on 6 September 2021 between 20:00 and 06:00. Only one road closed at a time. Night works only between 20:00-06:00. Roads open by 06:00 each day. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 September 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Buckinghamshire Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2021 (Amendment No 1) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th August 2021, Buckinghamshire Council made the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on 4th September 2021, is to amend various conditions of use in Schedule 1 of "The Buckinghamshire Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2021" and update the location maps in Schedule 2. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders or any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act, or that any requirement of the 1984 Act, or of any instrument made under the 1984 Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from 20th August 2021 apply for the purpose to the High Court.
