NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE
PREMISES: 41-43 Grange Road, Darlington. County Durham.

APPLICANTS: William Spencer Burns and Audrey Mary Burns.

TAKE NOTICE that we William Spencer Burns and Audrey Mary Burns have applied to Darlington Borough Concil for the grant of a renewal of a Licence for the purposes of section 2 of the above Act to use the premises situated at and known as 41-43 Grange Road, Darlington, County Durham as a Sex Establishment. Any representation about this application must be made by the April 2014. In writing and send to: Licensing Section, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Darlington, County Durham. It is an offence knowingley or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fee for such a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
