Mrs Kerrie Ann Pelling does hereby give notice that on 23 August 2021 she served application on the Licensing Authority, Adur District Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a proposed new on-line alcohol delivery service to be known as: Bing Bong Boxes. 66 Middle Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, BN43 6GA The application is to allow the Licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption 'Off' the premises The application seeks to allow Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of: 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs Monday - Friday The public will not be allowed to attend the premises. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
