(A13 Pitsea Bypass, Pitsea/Vange Bypass, Fobbing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Pitsea Bypass, Pitsea in the Borough of Basildon from the point where the eastbound on slip from Broadway Link Roundabout is to the point where the Five Bells eastbound off slip Road for a distance of approximately 271 Om.

2. To temporarily close the on-slip road, from the Broadway Link Roundabout onto the A13 Pitsea Bypass a distance of approximately 282m.

3. To temporarily close that length of Vange Bypass, Fobbing from a point where the westbound on slip from Five Bells Roundabout North is to the A13 Vange Bypass a distance of approximately 2780m.

4. To temporarily close the on slip from Five Bells Roundabout North to the A13 Vange Bypass a distance of approximately 345m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 24th September 2021 for 2 nights (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP2012318838 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while verge maintenance works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Broadway Link Roundabout, South Mayne, Broadmayne Roundabout, Broadmayne, Mopsies Roundabout, Broadmayne, Broadmayne Roundabout, Roundacre, Roundacre New Roundabout, Nether Mayne, Fobbing Farm Roundabout, Nether Mayne, Five Bells Roundabout Norm and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bellingham Lane, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension

of One Way) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Bellingham Lane, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 15m south of its junction with London Hill for a distance of approximately 60m in southerly direction.

2. To temporarily suspend the 'One Way' into Bellingham Lane as detailed in 'Essex County Council (Various Streets, Rayleigh) (One-way Traffic) Order 2002' for the duration of the above closure only.

The closure/suspension is scheduled to commence on 19th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M29837 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/suspension is required for the safety of the public and workforce while reinstatement works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Down Hall Road, Hambro Hill, High Street, Hockley Road, London Hill, London Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Malwood Road, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Malwood Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 20m west of its junction with Homefield Avenue for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd September 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30047080575 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cable installation works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Romsey Drive, Romsey Road, London Road, Homeflelds Avenue and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tye Common Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tye Common Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 385m northeast of its junction with Sudburys Farm Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC8VR45V001 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these
works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying and spine cabling works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Rectory Road, Dunton Road, Wash Road West, Noak Hill Road, Noak Hill Road Roundabout, Laindon Road, London Road and vice versa or Noak Hill Road Roundabout, Noak Hill Road, Bell Hill Roundabout, Southend Road, Sun Street, (with access only to Tye Common Road, Clockhouse Road). The Order will come into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Barrow Hall Road, Barling Magna) (Temporary
Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barrow Hall Road, Barling Magna in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 230m south east of its junction with Barling Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS82436 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Barrow Hall Road, Little Wakering Road, Southend Road, Barling Road, Barrow Hall Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Canewdon Road, Ashingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Canewdon Road, Ashingdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 460m west of its junction with Ashingdon Road for a distance of approximately 80m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA72099356 - Openreach). that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Gardiners Lane North, Ramsden Crays in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Southend Arterial Road for a distance of approximately 835m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th September 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30089521780 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Southend Arterial Road, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road From A127 ToA132, Nevendon Road Roundabout, Nevendon Road Bypass, Nevedon Road Roundabout, Golden Jubilee Way, London Road Roundabout, London Road, Crays Hill, Hardings Elms Road, Pipps Hill Road North and vice versa, (with access only to Gardiners Lane North). The Order came into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lambourne Hall Road, Canewdon) (Temporary
Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lambourne Hall Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Gardiners Lane for a distance of approximately 80m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA51337563 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Lambourne Hall Road, Creeksea Ferry Road, Gore Road, Apton Hall Road, Scotts Hall Road, Anchor Lane, High Street, Lambourne Hall Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
