LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION
I. Thira Pornpaditkong, give notice that I have applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the grant of a new premises licence at The Rusty Bike, 134-138 Station Road, Chingford E4 6AN to:
1. Permit the sale and supply of alcohol Sunday to Thursday from 09:00hrs until 00:00hrs, Friday and Saturday from 09:00hrs until 02:00hrs.
2. Permit the premises to be open on Sunday to Thursday from 09:00hrs until 00:30hrs, Friday and Saturday from 09.-00hrs until 02:30hrs.
3. Permit the provision of late-night refreshment Sunday to Thursday from 23:00hrs until 00:00nrs, Friday and Saturday from 23:00hrs until 00:00hrs.
4. Permit the provision of live music daily, Monday to Sunday, between 09:00hrs and 23:00hrs.
5. Permit the provision of recorded music Sunday to Thursday from 09:00hrs until 00:00hrs, Friday and Saturday from 09:00hrs until 02:00hrs.
6. Allow extended hours for licensable activities on notable days.
