Against the enforcement notice(s) served by South Oxfordshire
District Council.
The notice(s) allege(s):
Planning permission was granted by the Council on 29 April 2016 under reference number P15/S1878/FUL] for the "Change of use of [the] Land to a private gypsy and traveller caravan site". Condition 1 of the permission required the following: The mobile home hereby permitted shall only be occupied by the applicant Mrs. A. McDonagh and her immediate family. At the expiration of a period of 3 years from the date of this permission the use of the land as specified in the application shall cease and all structures, chattels and development associated with the use shall be removed from the land (for the avoidance of doubt, this includes mobile homes, touring caravan). This condition 1 of the planning permission has been breached, in that over 3 years have elapsed since the permission was granted but the use of the Land the purpose specified in the planning application has not ceased and various structures, chattels and development associated with the use have not been removed from the Land.
