Sivas(Pickering) Limited, El Chico's, 42A Hungate, Pickering, YO18 7DG Application has been made on the 25th March 2014 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- The provision of late night refreshment each day between 23:00 and 00:00 hours. On every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday of each Easter Bank Holiday weekend, May Bank Holiday weekend, each Spring/Whitsun Bank Holiday weekend and each August Bank Holiday weekend between 23:00 and 00:30 hours. The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 12.00 and 00:00. On every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday of each Easter Bank Holiday weekend, May Bank Holiday weekend, each Spring/Whitsun Bank Holiday weekend and each August Bank Holiday weekend between 12:00 and 00:30 hours. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 22nd of April 2014). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
