Notice ID: WAR2184685Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (CERTIFICATE D) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Notice is hereby given that a planning application is being made by Wirral Methodist Housing to Wirral Council for planning permission for the proposed development of Listed Building Consent for alterations to the ground floor of No.38 Hamilton Street Birkenhead forming office and meeting area spaces, together with the Change of Use from Suis Generis (Public House) to Class E (Commercial Office), at Copperfield, Hamilton Street, Birkenhead, CH41 5AD. A copy of the application documents, including plans of the building affected, may be inspected online using Public Access at https://planning.wirral.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do?action=simple&searchType=Application, with an expected submission date of September 2021. Any owner or tenant of the land affected who wishes to make representations about the application should write to Wirral Council Planning Department, PO Box 290, Wallasey, Ch27 9FQ or online via the above website within 21 days of the date of this notice. Statement of the owner's rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect the owner's rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. Statement of agricultural tenant's rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
