Prezzo Plc has applied to Darlington Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for the premises to be known as Prezzo, Unit 7 Feethams, Darlington. The proposed application is for the sale of alcohol and late night refreshment: 10:00 – 00:00 Monday to Saturday 10:00 – 23:30 Sunday 10:00 – 02:30 New Year’s Eve The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with Darlington Borough Council Licensing Section (01325 380651) at Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT between 09.30 and 16.30 Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by any responsible authority or any other person to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Section, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT. Representations must be received by no later than Friday 18th April 2014 stating the grounds for making said representation. It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a Premises Licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5,000.00.
