ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - BRIDLEWAY BW B80 (SWEET HILL, WATERHALL)
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 1st September 2021 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-

(a) The temporary closure of Bridleway BW B80 (Sweet Hill, Waterhall) to Vehicular, Pedestrian, Equestrian and Cycle traffic, between Bridleway B79 and Footpath B81.
2. The Order is necessary to allow resurfacing works to take place.

3. This Order comes into force on 1st September 2021 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be 30th September 2021.
