VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Franco Manca 2 UK Ltd has applied to LB Lewisham for a premises Licence to update the Premises Licence plans and add Off Sales at Franco Manca, 58-62 Tranquil Vale, Blackheath, London SE3 0BN. A full copy of this application can be inspected at Licensing Team, Holbeach Office, 9 Holbeach Road, London SE6 4TW tel 0208 314 7237 by appointment with the Licensing Team. Any person wishing to submit representations to the application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 22 September 2021. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the the Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard Scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
