TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997
STOPPING UP OF FOOTPATHS (HANNAHSTON AVENUE AND MILL O'SHIELD ROAD, DRONGAN) ORDER 2021
East Ayrshire Council hereby give notice that they have made an order under Section 208 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, authorising the temporary diversion of two footpaths at:
HANNAHSTON AVENUE AND MILL O'SHIELD ROAD, DRONGAN
The section of each footpath at Hannahston Avenue will be temporarily stopped up to allow for the development of 2 dwellings, as a result of planning application 20/0684/PR
The section of footpath at Mill O'Shield Road will be temporarily stopped up to allow for the development of 12 dwellings, as a result of planning application 20/0683/PP.
A copy of each Order and relevant plan specifying the parts of the footpaths that are temporarily stopped up, is available at the link below
