Premises Licence Application

We, Games Room LTD give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licencing Authority for the grant/variation of a Premises Licence in respect of the Games Room LTD 12 Market Street Falmouth Cornwall TR11 3AE. The application is to extend current opening hours from12:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to (5) Cornwall Council, Licensing, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin PL31 2FR. or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than (6) 20TH SEPTEMBER 2021 NB during the Covid-19 pandemic, please email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk to make alternative arrangements to view the application. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
