Notice is hereby given that William Edward Hall and Stuart Pepper has applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the club premises known as The Old Vicarage, Church Street, Castleside, Consett, Co Durham DH8 9PA. An application to vary a premises licence is sought to permit the following activities, Live Music-Monday to Sunday 11.00 - 23. 00 Recorded Music-Monday to Sunday 11.00-23.00 Provision of Late Night Refreshment-Monday to Sunday 23.00-23.30 Sale of Alcohol(on and off the premises)-Monday to Sunday 11.00-23.30. The full application can be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS between Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30pm by appointment, Tel 03000 265107. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representation/objections to this application. Representations must be made in writing to: Durham County Council, PO Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ by 16th April 2014. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
