Licensing Act 2003 -Public Notice of Application

An application has been made for A PREMISES LICENCE (under Sections 17 of the Act) in respect of The Polly Tea Rooms, 26-27 High Street, Marlborough SN8 1LW.

The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:
Sale of alcohol with food to be consumed on the premises, between hours of 8am - 9pm, seven days a week

The Licensing Register may be inspected at The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection & Licensing, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN between 9.00am and 4.30pm (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 3^rd April 2014

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
