NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames intends to dispose of land and building at Jubilee Way forming part of King George's Field Tolworth in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, by way of the grant of a lease for a term of 27 years expiring on 23 June 2047 to allow the property to be used for an indoor bowls arena and for ancillary purposes of a non-commercial nature.
