THE MAYOR AND BURGESSES OF THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KINGSTON UPON THAMES PUBLIC NOTICE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123 (2A) DISPOSAL OF LAND AND BUILDING FORMING PART OF KING GEORGE'S FIELD, TOLWORTH IN THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KINGSTON UPON THAMES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames intends to dispose of land and building comprising 2.49 hectares forming part of King George's Field Tolworth in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, by way of the grant of a lease for a term of 35 years expiring on 31.05.2056 to allow the property to be used for amateur football and clubhouse and other ancillary sports and/or activities.
