(Collins Road/Oak Road, Pebmarsh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Collins Road, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Oak Road for a distance of approximately 180m in a westerly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Oak Road, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Twinstead Road for a distance of approximately 250m in a southerly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 22nd September 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001CCESSA1A006932 & 3 - County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while cable repair works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd. An alternative route is available via Oak Road, Birchleys Road, Levitts Corner, Byndes Corner, Pebmarsh Road, Sudbury Road, Catley Cross and vice versa (access only on Collins Road).
The Order will come into effect on 2nd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.17) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Braintree, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence after 2nd September 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear.
The Order will come into effect on 2nd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Wethersfield Road, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this nonce, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wethersfield Road, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Prayors Hill for a distance of approximately 1890m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2316053 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patehing/kerbing and ironworks are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Prayors Hill, Rectory Road, Swan Street, Yeldham Road, Crouch Green, Yeldham Road, Hedingham Road, Poole Street, High Street, Church Road, Ridgewell Road, Stamboume Road, Great Yeldham Road, Dyers End, Finchingfield Road, Robinhood End, Finchingfield Road, Upper Howe Street, Howe Street, Duck End, The Causeway, Church Hill, Wethersfield Road, Finchingfield Road, Meadside, Silver Street, High Street, Hudsons Hill, Hedingham Road, Wethersfield Road, Almshouse Green and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 2nd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Alderford Street, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Alderford Street, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 440m north east of its junction with Swan Street for a distance of approximately 90m in a norm easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS14679701 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Alderford Street, Swan Street, Station Road, Queen Street, Sheepcot Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 19th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mill Lane, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 470m south east of its junction with Bulford Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 75m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS265926 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Mill Lane, Braintree Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 19th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months
or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Wethersfield Road, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wethersfield Road, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 465m south west of its junction with Prayors Hill for a distance of approximately 150m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010604442 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Wethersfield Road, Prayors Hill, Rectory Road, Swan Street, Potter Street, Queen Street, Braintree Road, Halstead Road, Hedingham Road, The Street, Gosfield Road, High Garrett, Broad Road Roundabout, Broad Road, Church Lane, Church Lane Roundabout, Church Meadows, Deanery Hill, Panfield Road, Water Lane, High Street, Hudsons Hill, Almshouse Green and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 19th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
