LICENSING ACT 2003 Site Notice I HOSHYAR ALAND, have applied to Darlington Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the provision of: The sale of alcohol 8 am to 10 pm daily at 139 North Road, Darlington DL1 2PS. Any person or Responsible Authority wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Darlington Borough Council, The Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT where the application may be inspected during normal office hours Monday to Friday by 20/09/2021. It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
