APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Franco Manca 2 UK Ltd has applied to RB Kingston Upon Thames for a Premises Licence to permit the sale by retail of alcohol on and off the premises daily 10am to 11.30pm, recorded music daily 10am to midnight and late night refreshment on and off daily 11pm to midnight at Franco Manca, 55-57 Clarence Street, Kingston Upon Thames KT1 1RB. A full copy of this application can be inspected at Licensng Team, Guildhall 2, High St Kingston Upon Thames KT1 1EU tel 0208 547 5002, by appointment with the Licensing Team. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 14 September 2021. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the pubic domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard Scale under Section 156 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
