NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE I Simon Perkin have applied to South Lakeland District Council for the grant of a premises license for The New Inn, 98 Highgate, Kendal, LA9 4HE. The application relates to the sale of alcohol (09:00 - 24:00 Mon - Sun) & provision of recorded music (08:00 - 23.30 Mon - Sun). Any persons intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing to licensing@southlakeland.gov.uk by the 6th September 2021. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person could be liable on summary conviction for the offence ( scale 5 on the standard scale which is currently unlimited).
