TOWN OF BRIDPORT ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Town Mayor is to convene the Annual (Parish) Meeting for the Town of Bridport, to be held at the Town Hall, Bridport on Tuesday 8 April 2014 at 7.00 pm.
All local government electors for the Parish of Bridport are invited to attend and are entitled to speak and vote at this meeting. It would be helpful to have advance notice of any items to be raised at the meeting. The meeting will receive reports from the Town Mayor, Councillor Maggie Ray, the Leader of the Council, Councillor Sarah Williams and the Town Clerk, Bob Gillis. It will also receive reports from larger local bodies funded by the Town Council including the Citizens Advice Bureau, Bridport Museum, Arts Centre and Leisure Centre. Light refreshments will be provided.
