An application has been made for the Grant of a Premises Licence to allow the following licensable activities to take place:-

Sale of Alcohol for consumption On and Off the premises Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 00:00 and Friday and Saturday 08:00 to 01:00. All public Holidays 08:00 to 01:00, from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day. Late Night Refreshment Indoors Only Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 00:30 and Friday and Saturday 23:00 to 01:30. All Public Holidays 23:00 to 01:30 and 23:00 New Year's Eve to 05:00 New Year's Day.

A copy of the application for the above grant is available for inspection atthe office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4:30pm, except bank holidays.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE no later than 17 SEPTEMBER 2021 28 consecutive days from the day after the applicationwas given the Licensing Authority.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fineon the standard scale.
