Notice is hereby given that Spirit Pub Company (Leased) Limited has applied in respect of the Guy Earl Warwick Park View Road Welling DA16 1TA for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing number 2354-101 .The changes include blocking up a single size exit door, creating lobby to door exit doors to garden, installation of fixed seating and licensing the rear garden for the sale of alcohol. To ada the following condition to the premises licence: The external area shall not be used for the sale of alcohol after 22.30hours Monday to Saturday, and after 22.00 hours Sunday. All other conditions to remain unaltered. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Locations of fire safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plan regulations is indicative only and subject to change.Any "Other Persons" or "Responsible Authority' may make representations in writing to this application no later than 16 September 2021 to Licensing Partnership, P.O.
