TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - BRIDLEWAY BW B80 (SWEET HILL, WATERHALL)
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect-fa) The temporary closure of Bridleway BW B80

(Sweet Hill, Waterhall) to Vehicular, Pedestrian, Equestrian and Cycle traffic, between Bridleway B79 and Footpath B81.
2. The Order is necessary to allow resurfacing works to take place.

3. This Order comes into force on 1st September 2021 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be 30th September 2021.
