Notice is hereby given that an EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING will be held at the Kennels 6.30pm on Monday 14th April 2014 for the approval of the committee's Recommendation for a Mastership for the 2014/15 season and Committee nominations anyone eligible who wishes to vote by Proxy must apply to the Hon secretary email Aspalding@tiscali.co.uk fax 01325 730769 to obtain the necessary form which must be handed to their Proxy prior to the meeting. Those eligible to vote include Farmers and Land owners of in excess of 25 acres within the Hunt Country, Subscribers (Mounted and Un Mounted but not 6 day subscribers) over the age of 18, Covert Owners and Puppy Walkers.
