Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dwr 1991 a Rheoliad 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dwr (Tynnu a Chronni Dwr) 2006 i gais gael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Morgan Sindall Construction and Infrastructure Limited am drwydded lawn i dynnu dwr dan ddaear yng Nghyfeirnodiadau Grid Cenedlaethol SN62112 09855, SN62110 09827, SN62167 09822, SN62168 09850 yn y Garnswllt Waste Water Treatment Works, ger Garnswllt, Abertawe. Y cynnig yw tynnu dwr yn 61 y cyfraddau a'r cyfnodau canlynol i'w defnyddio i dad-ddyfrio: 30.6 metr ciwbig yr awr, 734.4 metr ciwbig y dydd a 44,064 metr ciwbig y flwyddyn, drwy'r flwyddyn, tan 01/09/2022.

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Morgan Sindall Construction and Infrastructure Limited for a full licence to abstract water from underground strata between Nationa Grid References SN62112 09855, SN62110 09827, SN62167 09822, SN62168 09850 at Garnswllt Waste Water Treatment Works, near Garnswllt, Swansea. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates and periods for use in dewatering: 30.6 cubic metres an hour, 734.4 cubic metres a day and 44,064 cubic metres a year, until 01/09/2022.
