Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dwr 1991 a Rheoliad 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dwr (Tynnu a Chronni Dwr) 2006 i gais gael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Lewis Civil Engineering Limited am drwydded i dynnu dwr o waddodion traethellau llanwol rhwng Cyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol SJ 32644 70616 a SJ 32493 70436 ar gyfer ei drosglwyddo i ddibenion tynnu dwr i Shotwick Brook yng Nghyfeirnodau Grid Cenedlaethol SJ 32520 71157, SJ 32353 70961 ac SJ 31946 70493, yn 61 y cyfraddau a'r cyfnodau canlynol: 144 metr ciwbig yr awr, 3,456 metr ciwbig y dydd, rhwng 01/09/2021 ac 01/12/2021.

Bydd y dwr yn cael ei dynnu er mwyn ei drosglwyddo rhwng y ffynonellau cyflenwi y cyfeirir atynt isod heb ei ddefnyddio rhwng y lleoedd hyn.

TRANSFER FOR ABSTRACTION
Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Lewis Civil Engineering Limited for a licence to abstract water from tidal flat deposits between National Grid References SJ 32644 70616 and SJ 32493 70436 to transfer for the purpose of dewatering to Shotwick Brook at National Grid References SJ 32520 71157, SJ 32353 70961 and SJ 31946 70493, at the following rates and periods: 144 cubic metres and hour, 3,456 cubic metres a day between 01/09/2021 and 01/12/2021.
The water will be abstracted for the purpose of transferring it between the sources of supply referred to above without intervening use.
