ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.18 2021 (REF: TRO-17-2021)
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ('the Council') has on 18th August 2021 made the Order named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 23rd August 2021 will introduce the following:
* Relocation of Bikeshare docking station from Edward Street to John Street

* Relocation of pedal cycle parking (Sheffield stands) from the Lay by to the pavement in Edward Street

* Reducing the length of motorcycle bay in John Street (west side) to provide an additional parking space and proposed new motorcycle bay in John Street (east side).

* Reducing double yellow lines in John Street (west side) to provide additional parking spaces

. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
