LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence I, Enrico La Licata, hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of De I.S. LTD, 18-20 Southchurch Road, Southend on sea, SS1 2ND. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are Full Licenced Restaurant, Late night Refreshments, Supply of Alcohol between the hours of 8am until 2am. Opening Hours will be from 8am until 2am Monday to Sunday. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 14 September 2021. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
