LICENSING ACT 2003 An application for a variation to a premises licence has been submitted by Mark Walker for premises situated at Barbosa, 9 Foreland Road, Bembridge, Isle of Wight, PO35 5XN. The proposed variation is to: 1. Update the plan attached to the licence. 2. Extend the Sale of Alcohol times and add Late Night Refreshment as per the hours below. 3. Remove Live Music from the scope of the licence as this is not needed due to Live Music Act exemptions. 4. Remove conditions 3 and 7 in Annex 2 of the licence to allow alcohol to be sold without a meal. Activities: Supply of alcohol: Sunday Thursday 11:00 23:00hrs / Friday and Saturday11:00 24:00hrs. Late Night Refreshment: Friday and Saturday 23:00 24:00hrs.
