Order 20** Parallel Crossing - Florence Way
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effects of the order: To revoke 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following length of Florence Way in the Borough of Basildon: WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 10.5 metres south from the Mandeville Way roundabout, south for a distance of approximately 21.6 metres: EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 0.7 metres, south of the northern kerb line of the access road to St Therese's Catholic Church, north for a distance of approximately 40.8 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council Borough of Basildon) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TQ675 880 Revision 0 to Revision 1
Notice Is also hereby given that under Sections 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Essex County Council proposes to establish a Parallel Crossing on Florence Way, in the Borough of Basildon, The centre line of the crossing will be located approximately 28.8 metres southwards from the junction of Mandeville Way roundabout. The width of the crossing between the give way lines is approximately 10.2 metres. The zig-zags associated with the crossing are proposed to be installed on the following length of Florence Way, Basildon, 1) BOTH SIDES: for approximately 31.2 metres on the northeast bound approach, 2) BOTH SIDES: approximately 30.1 on the southeast bound approach to the crossing.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barrow Hall Road, Barling Magna in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 230m south east of its junction with Barling Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a south easterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gardiners Lane North, Ramsden Crays in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Southend Arterial Road for a distance of approximately 835m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th September 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30089521780 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

(Lambourne Hall Road, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Lambourne Hall Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Gardiners Lane for a distance of approximately 80m in a south easterly direction. (Ash Tree Court & Stambridge Road, Stambridge) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Ash Tree Court, Stambridge in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Stambridge Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a south easterly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Stambridge Road in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 60m south west of its junction with Stewards Elm Farm Lane tor a distance of approximately 40m in a south westerly direction.
"The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at any time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions in the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 16th August 2021 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20160001280 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while lining works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
The Order came into effect on 12th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Cavell Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cavell Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Green Farm Lane for a distance of approximately 35m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd August 2021 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN01332598B - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains renewal works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Greens Farm Lane, The Meadow Way, Thynne Road and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 60m northwest of its junction with Homestead Road for a distance of approximately 95m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd August 2021 tor 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30028569467 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
