APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Forever Sun Limited has applied to West Dorset District Councilfor a new premises licence in respect of Forever Sun Festival, Came Estates, Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 8NU,forthe provision of live music, regulated entertainment, the provision of alcohol and late night refreshments between the hours of Friday 25th July 2014 16:00 - 03:00, Saturday 26th July 2014 10:00 - 03:00 and Sunday 27th July 2014 10:00 - 02:00 hrs. The last full FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY (weekend) of JULY each year thereafter.

Any interested party of responsible authority may make representations in writing to The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, c/o North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address and online at www.dorsetforyou.com/406629. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
