(Lanham Green Road, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lanham Green Road, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from its junctions with Ashes Road to its junction with Lanham Green a distance of approximately 555m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th September 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2298665 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via The Street, Church Road, Temple Lane, Boars Tye Road, Shardloes Lane, Lanham Green and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Prayors Hill, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Prayors Hill, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Wethersfield Road to its junction with Rectory Road a distance of approximately 195m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2315008 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Prayors Hill, Wethersfield Road, Almshouse Green, Hedingham Road, Hudsons Hill, High Street, The Green, Braintree Road, The Street, Water Lane, Panfield Road, Deanery Hill, Church Lane, Broad Road, Broad Road Roundabout, High Garrett, Gosfield Road, Halstead Road, Queen Street, Potter Street, Swan Street, Rectory Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Street/Cross End, Pebmarsh & Pebmarsh Road, Alphamstone) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Street/Cross End, Pebmarsh & Pebmarsh Road, Alphamstone in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Hill House Road to the junction with Bures Road a distance of approximately 1225m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th September 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001CCESSA1A006904 & 5 - County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd. (Back Lane, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Back Lane, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Sarcel for a distance of approximately 170m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC1170000000000156665DNO - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground cable works are undertaken by Openreach.

(Braintree Road, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Introduction
of 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction in that length of Braintree Road, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Starlings Hill to its junction with Halstead Road a distance approximately 1080m. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 25th August 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2307188 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching and ironwork repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order came into effect on 12th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Burtons Green, Greenstead Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burtons Green, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 345m north west of its junction with Nuntys Lane tor a distance of approximately 80m in a north westerly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th September 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01458919947 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meter installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Wickham St. Paul in the District of Braintree, from its junction with School Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st August 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010627150/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

(The Green, White Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Green, White Notley in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 470m south east of its junction with Mary Ruck Way for a distance of approximately 220m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th August 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010636686 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. The Order came into effect on 12th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hedingham Road, Gosfield) (Temporary Introduction of a 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed restriction in that length of Hedingham Road, Gosfield in the District of Braintree, from the point of the existing 40mph speed restriction for a distance of approximately 500m in a northerly direction. The speed restriction is scheduled to commence on 24th August 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2315007 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
The Order came into effect on 13th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
