Tesco Stores Limited is applying for the new grant of a Premises Licence for Tesco Stores Limited, Church Street, Shipston-on-Stour, Vvarwickshire, CV36 4AT. (Site of previous vehicle repair workshop) If granted, the application will allow the following licensabte activities to take place:
* The provision of late-night refreshment on the following days: Monday-Sunday (23:00-00:00). And,

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed Monday - Thursday 9-5pm and 9-4.30pm on Fridays, except bank holidays.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
