LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO WIGAN COUNCIL
An application for a variation of existing Licence has been made by Curiosity Gin Emporium Ltd for the premises known as Curiosity Gin Emporium Ltd situated at 86 Market Street, Atherton, Manchester M46 0DP. The application seeks to License 1st and 2nd floor of the premises, along with the rear of the area on the ground floor for the provision of the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment as for the licensed ground floor. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. Monday to Friday inclusive. All representations must be made in writing by the above date. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
