LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is given that Spicebox Curry Houses Ltd has submitted a premises licence application to London Borough of Waltham Forest The application is for a new licence for the premises known as 686 High Road, Leytonstone, E11 3AA. The application proposes the provision of regulated entertainment and the sale of alcohol. Representations concerning this application can be made in writing to Waltham Forest Licensing Section, Resident Services, 3 The Square, London, E10 5NR no later than 09/09/2021
Details of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council's website, 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, for which the maximum penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
