ROY WILLIAMS DECEASED DATE OF DEATH 16/09/2019 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Roy Williams formerly of Room 33 Highfields, Pendine Park Care Home, Summerhill, Wrexham LL11 4YE is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to Gittins McDonald Solicitors of 27-29 Grosvenor Road, Wrexham LL11 1BT (Reference BG/WAT0811) and to such particulars before the 14th September 2021 after which date the personal representatives will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice
