The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/21/91103/CU Conversion of former Sunday School previously used as light industrial (Class B1) to single dwelling (Class C3). 66A High Street Golborne. The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area. Conservation Area: Golborne Town Centre. A/21/91152/CU Conversion of former Methodist Chapel previously used as light industrial (Class B1) to single dwelling (Class C3). Former Methodist Chapel 66A High Street Golborne.
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area. Conservation Area: Golborne Town Centre. A/21/92003/FULL To erect two detached dwellings together with associated parking and landscaping, following demolition of existing outbuildings. Light Oaks Hall Old Moss Lane Glazebury.
An application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the
Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building.
