An application has been made to Swindon Borough Council by Mrs Warnakulasooriya for the variation of the premises licence issued in respect of 7 Milton Road, Swindon, SN1 5JE to allow: Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the premises Mon to Sat 07:00 - 08:00 and 20:00 - 23:00 Sun 07:00 - 10:00 and 20:00 - 23:00

The application can be viewed at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between 9.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Representations must be made in writing by Monday 28 April 2014.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.  The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
