ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER -DROVE ROAD, PORTSLADE
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 18th August 2021 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-

(a) The temporary Prohibition of waiting at any time on Drove Road, Portslade, on the southern side of Drove Road, between North Road and Southdown Road, connecting the existing Double Yellow Lines.
2. The Order is necessary to allow safe access and egress along Drove Road.

3. This Order comes into force on 20th August 2021 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as no longer required.
