I, Donald Martin Wharton, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application for a Premises Licence has been submitted to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council in relation to premises to be known as Tubs & kegs and situated at 14 Wood View, Preston Old Road, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB2 5LL, a brief description of the activities being sought by the application being as follows: the sale of alcohol for deivery and consumption off the premises from 09:00 to 21:00 each day. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
